Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York New York U.S.A. is an American actor who has a reputation for playing strong but vulnerable character. Linney was born into the theatre of her family, with her father, Romulus Linney being a playwright. Linney graduated from Arts Theatre School, Moscow in the year 1986. She then completed an M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City 1990. In the year 1990, she began her career in shows on Broadway before receiving acclaim for her performance in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
