Garrett also has worked on behalf of Double D Ranch as well as CosmoGirl. Garrett models with Vision Model Management L.A. She was the lead female in the music video "Cold", composed by Crossfade. She was in the horror film Turistas following her debut with three TV episodes, including a pilot as well as guest appearances in Entourage. Her other roles include Frankie Raye, the lead in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer as well as the sequel to Fantastic Four.
